Annual Report and Financial Statements

Our Annual Report is aimed at tenants and is intended to be a more accessible version of our company’s Financial Statements. It is produced every year and in the previous years has taken the form of printed reports, online videos, web pages and even social media posts.

The aims of the Annual Report are to give you information about our performance, achievements and other activities of the previous year. The approach we have taken is to try a range of new formats to try to engage as many people as possible, be transparent about our work and encourage wider scrutiny of our services, although this is not the only means of tenant scrutiny we employ.
