If you are in crisis
If you or someone else is at immediate risk, it’s important to get the right help as soon as possible.
You should always call 999 or go to A&E if there is immediate danger.
If you need urgent help but do not feel like you are in immediate danger, you can contact your GP or call NHS 111. They can offer emergency appointments and refer you to other services that can help.
