We are partnering with Housing Perks from 1 November 2026
Housing Perks offers discounted shopping or contributions towards your rent account as you shop. The service is free for Derby Homes and Derby City Council tenants.
How it works
Buy a voucher for the retailer. Choose the amount, and it immediately appears in the app.
You can keep the discount or have the savings automatically added to your rent account.
Housing Perks offers up to 15% discount or rent contributions across 100+ stores including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Primark, TK Maxx, B&M, and B&Q.
How to sign up
- Download Housing Perks from your phone’s app store
- Enter your mobile number
- Select Derby Homes from the list
- Enter your tenancy reference (from your rent statement or letters)
- Start saving when you shop, in-store or online.
Need help signing up?
If the app doesn’t recognise your tenancy reference, please check that you’ve entered it correctly. Still having trouble? Email support@housingperks.com and include a screenshot of a letter showing your reference.
