Rearrange or cancel an appointment

You can change or cancel a non-urgent appointment up to 24 hours before, by simply replying to your SMS appointment reminder or by calling us.

If you need to cancel appointment within 24hours, you still need to let us know, but you'll need to Call us. If you don't let us know, we may charge you a missed appointment fee.

Gas and electric safety checks

You cannot cancel gas or electrical safety appointments, but should let us know if you need them rearranging. Faulty gas and electrics can be extremely dangerous. It’s very important you keep your appointment for you and your household’s safety.
