We offer apprenticeships in Business Administration, Housing and Surveying, along with a range of construction trades, including Electrical, Joinery, Plumbing and Plastering.

Our apprenticeship scheme gives those who are over the age of 16 and not in full time education the opportunity to work for a real employer. Our apprentices all earn the National Minimum Wage (age specific), which reflects our view that apprentices make a real, valuable contribution to our workplace.

We provide our apprentices with transferable qualifications and work experience to help them achieve a future career with us or with another employer. We aim to educate all apprentices to level three. Depending on your level of study, your apprenticeship will take anywhere between one and four years to complete.

All of our apprentices have access to recognised trade unions for representation and consultation. Our apprentices are treated as employees, are a key part of our balanced workforce and work to the same terms and conditions as our other staff. We'll also ask for your feedback and ideas about how we can improve the scheme for future apprentices.

During your time with us, you’ll have the chance to get involved in community projects, as part of our commitment to social value and making a difference for people living in local communities. This might include refurbishing community centres or visiting local schools to raise awareness of apprenticeships as a career route; both of which our apprentices have taken part in previously.
