Operational Board
The Operational Board is a committee of the Main Board that focuses on the day-to-day running of Derby Homes. It’s made up of three Main Board members, six tenants, one leaseholder and one Derby Association of Community Partners (DACP) representative.
They have the responsibility for making decisions and monitoring our performance to ensure that we deliver services of the highest possible standard on a wide range of activities such as anti-social behaviour on estates, rent collection and rent arrears, estate improvement schemes and community initiatives.
As the majority of members are tenants, decisions are tenant lead which helps make sure our services have tenants and leaseholders interests in mind.
You can find our public meetings, agendas, reports and minutes on our Committee Management Information System (CMIS)
Audit Committee
