Every employee can contribute to and access our business plan. Among other things, this helps us identify group and individual training needs.
All new employees have a comprehensive induction programme. On your first day someone from our personnel department will meet you to sort out your contractual paper work. You’ll also be given your name badge, security card, and a personal development portfolio to record all your training and development.
You’ll also complete an online induction session which has been written especially for new employees. This will give you an overview of Derby Homes and the opportunity to hear from our Director and other members of the senior management team.
Over the first few weeks your line manager will do everything they can to help you settle into your new role.
