Parking Permits
Parking Permit Schemes
Parking Permit schemes are in force in many of the areas we manage. They are normally introduced as a result of complaints from residents who are unable to park because of misuse by non-residents. The sites are typically City Centre locations to park there all day which restricted use by residents.
We work with tenants and leaseholders at each site, to find a satisfactory solution to any issues before implementing any parking control measures.
Following a tender process we looked at several companies to see how they would operate such a scheme. Vehicle Control Services were selected as being the best company that were sensitive to the issues facing our customers.
The Parking Permit Schemes are located in the following areas.
