Our targets - Tenants Top Ten

Our customers have selected ten key indicators covering the service areas that matter most to them.  Performance against each target is reported back to them every quarter.

Tenants Top Ten Targets 2010/2011

1.   Monetary value of compensation paid for missed appointments.

2.   Jobs completed in first visit.

3.   Taking everything into account, how satisfied were you with the outcome of your ASB complaint?

4.   Overall percentage of tenants who felt they were treated fairly.

5.   Routine repairs to be completed within four working weeks.

6.  Overall satisfaction with the Enquiry Centre.

7.  Customer letters to be acknowledged within three working days.

8.  Complaints resolved at stage one.

9.   Estate inspections to be carried out on patches at least once a month.

10. Complainants to receive monthly feedback on live ASB cases.
