Customer Satisfaction Survey

Mini Status

A short questionnaire has been designed using questions identified as drivers of satisfaction from the STATUS.  These are sent to a random sample of tenants using the Housing Focus Group areas from Derby Homes. The surveys are conducted over a five month period, one per month with the opportunity to repeat the exercise in each area over a further five month period.. A total of 850 questionnaires were sent to tenants in each of the five areas and a differing response rate was achieved.

 

In 2010, satisfaction with Derby Homes' services was 86% and in 2011 satisfaction was 83.8%. From 2012 this survey will be conducted anually.
