I totally agree that not everyone likes the official presentations etc and that yes each individual should be asked what they prefer. But it seems like SMT/staffing don&#039;t even get the ball rolling when someone retires.  As I said it is left to collegues to arrange. and usually beg a manager for extra money to pay for a cake or contribute a bit extra towards the food.
