Planned maintaniance
Derby Homes Planned Maintenance team and Repairs team are responsible for regular improvement work to tenants’ homes. This includes:
- fitting PVCu double glazed windows
- external decorating
- pre-painting repairs
- lobby refurbishments
- common room and local housing office decoration and repairs.
- repalcement of kitchens and bathrooms
- re-roofing, modernisations, maintaining grounds around our housing estates,
- cleaning communal areas such as lobbies and common rooms.
The condition of our homes is regularly noted and reported to both Derby City Council and Central Government.
Investment and regeneration
The Planned Maintenance Team addresses the future investment needs of the Housing Stock by scheduling refurbishment work in line with budgetary constraints.
