Leaseholder Focus Group

Derby Homes encourages leaseholders to get involved in the management of their homes. We hold a bi-monthly Leaseholder Focus Group and Leaseholders are invited to join. These meetings are an opportunity for Leaseholders to discuss issues affecting their property and estate with other leaseholders and Derby homes Staff. Focus group meeting dates for 2012
