Home Decoration Scheme
Derby Homes offers a Home Decoration Scheme to tenants who receive a regular visit from a Support Officer of the Supported Living Team.
Tenants join the scheme and pay a weekly charge, They then can have one room in their house decorated each year by Derby Homes.
How much does it cost?
There is a small additional cost added to your rent. If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit it will be covered by that. For an up-to-date cost, please call 01332 888777
What if I don’t want any decorating done?
You can choose not to have any decorating done but you will still have to pay the weekly charge
Can I choose the colours?
Yes - you will be offered a choice of wallpaper patterns and paint colours from a range supplied by the decorators.
Who is eligible to join this scheme?
The scheme is currently only open to Derby Homes` tenants who receive a regular visit from a Support Officer of the Supported Living Team.
Once I have joined the scheme can I change my mind?
If you choose to go onto the scheme your tenancy conditions are changed. There is no option for your property to be removed from this scheme in future.
