Rent a garage

Derby Homes has a number of garages in the city that are available to rent. You don't have to be a current Derby Homes tenant or leaseholder to rent a garage from us. Our garages are available for parking private vehicles only, you can’t park commercial vehicles, or use them as a store, warehouse, or a workshop.

Weekly rents:

  • £8.34 for council tenants
  • £10.00 for private tenants
