Capital Investment Improvements

Capital investment improvement work deals with fencing, lighting, landscaping, tree work, parking and pathways. The Estates Pride team consult with tenants and leaseholders to identify the improvements that are needed in each of our priority neighbourhoods and on Derby Homes estates.

Estates Pride is used to jointly fund new projects when improvements to open spaces are planned.

Improvements to Oakleigh Avenue bungalows at Chaddesden.

The  major external improvement work has been carried out by Derby Homes Regeneration team using Estates Pride funding, and is one of the many projects the team have to carry out large scale work on. The  scheme has benefited from new tarmac paths, block paving to front and rear, returfing, recyclable fencing and landscaping work.
