If you would like to contact your Housing Officer or Income Officer, you can do this by using the search tool below. Please enter the name of your street in full, for example Northumberland Street, not just Northumberland.
Please do not use punctuation when searching, for example St Davids Close, not St. David's Close.
Use our new telephone facility
We have now installed new telephones in each of the local offices for tenants to use to contact us free of charge. When you visit the Housing Office please feel free to use them to contact the departments for StreetPride, Council Tax, Housing Benefits, Derby Homes Repairs, or the Housing Options Centre
Derby Homes Housing office locations have become “Safe Place” venues.
The scheme helps vulnerable people deal with any incident that takes place whilst they are out and about in the community – for example harassment, bullying or maybe the person they are meeting fails to turn up.
The idea is simple - stickers like the one at the bottom of the page are issued to establishments that sign up to the scheme and the vulnerable person carry a card with emergency contact details on. The staff in the safe place venue will be able to assist anyone who goes to them for help.
