Parker Street shop area plan
Derby Homes Estates Pride major improvement works at Parker Street shopping area are starting on the week commencing 11 June 2012.
The contractor is Crestra, and the works include removal of existing trees and replacing with new low growing trees, removal of existing concrete slabs and replacing with granite type paving and tarmac.
Installation of metal bow top fencing to front of the flats on Quarn Way facing shops, and painting of handrails, with block paving work and landscaping work to area are to be included in the project.
It is expected that the work will take approximately 14 weeks to complete.
