Tenant Reward Scheme Survey Results
Thank you to those of you who responded to our Tenant Reward Scheme survey, which was included in the Winter edition of Derby Homes News. In all, 602 of our customers responded to the survey. Of those responding:
- 82% said that they sometimes or always enter our competitions
- 65% said that the competitions encourage them to keep their rent account up-to-date.
We also asked what you thought about the kind of prizes we should offer. The most popular choice amongst respondents was gift certificates. When we asked about the number of prizes we should offer each for each competition the results were:
- 50% of respondents said they would prefer three prizes of equal value
- 36% of respondents said we should offer a larger number of lower value prizes, and
- 14% preferred one prize of high value.
So, in our latest competition and in all future competitions, we’ll be offering three equal prizes of gift vouchers of £150 for each winner.
