FREE PRIZE DRAW FOR ALL TENANTS

We want to thank all tenants who pay their rent on time. To show our thanks we are running a free prize draw. There are ten £250 decoration/home improvement vouchers to be won.

Anyone who is up to date with their rent by 31 March 2012 could win. We will put your name in the draw along with people who pay by Direct Debit and people who have signed up for Derby Homes Dashboard.

The draw will be held at Cardinal Square on 5 April 2012. We will contact the winners by Thursday 12 April 2012.

The tenant’s Dashboard allows you to get services from Derby Homes online. To register your account visit www.derbyhomes.org/my-derby-homes.

Competition rules

If you win, we won’t tell anyone unless you agree
If you owe us money then the prize money will go towards this.
You can’t go in the draw if we have served a legal notice on you for breaking tenancy conditions since
1 April 2010.

Derby Homes Rewards Scheme

The Derby Homes Rewards Scheme encourages tenants and leaseholders* to keep a clear rent or service charge account, and to keep to their tenancy conditions.

We run prize draws and competitions for Derby Homes Rewards members. .

We regularly review the scheme, so if you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve it, please email marketing@derbyhomes.org.

Following a recent review, we will no longer run the annual It Pays to Pay and Garden Competition.

How to become a Derby Homes Rewards member

You are automatically a member of Derby Homes Rewards if you:

• have a clear rent or service charge account
• do not cause nuisance to your neighbours or people living in your area
• keep to your tenancy conditions.

If you do not comply with these conditions, you will not qualify as a member of the scheme. We check all competition entries to make sure that our winner’s qualify for membership of the scheme.

Quarterly prize draws

Some quarters we offer you a chance to win gift certificates that can be exchanged for high street entertainment and other retail vouchers. For your chance to win, simply answer the question on the entry form enclosed with your copy of Derby Homes News and return it to us by the closing date shown or visit our online competition page for more information. You will find the answer to the question somewhere in the Derby Homes News.

Only one entry allowed for each household. All entrants must be willing to take part in publicity.

Please note, there is not a quarterly competition in the December 2011 edition of Derby Homes News as we are running the free prize draw this time.

Terms and Conditions of Quarterly prize draws

All winners must be members of the Derby Homes Reward Scheme. The prizes offered can not be exchanged for any cash equivalent

*Some competitions may be restricted to entry by tenants only (and leaseholders may not be eligible). We apologise for any disappointment that this may cause.

Gardening competition

Derby Homes, Alvaston Neighbourhood Board and Streepride have joined together to bring you the Alvaston Gardening Competition. Enter our competition to be recognised as having the best garden, hanging basket or communal garden in the Alvaston ward. Fill in the form on the top right and return it to us to enter. The competition will take place during June 2012.
