DWP Benefit Integrity Centres
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has created dedicated Benefit Integrity Centres (BIC) to assess current claims to benefit and ensure that claimants are receiving the correct amount of money.
Benefit Integrity Centres are contacting claimants by telephone and post to carry out full case reviews on Income Support, Jon Seekers Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, Employment and Support Allowance as part of the Government's Fraud and Error Strategy.
We would urge you to respond to their request as soon as you can as there is a possibility payments may be suspended if there is a delay.
Should you have any queries you can telephone your Benefit Centre who will answer your query or arrange for the BIC to call you back within 3 working hours if required.
