| 6. Empty properties to have gardens cleared of rubbish within 5 working days of placing orders |
| 7. **UPDATED Customer letters to be acknowledged within 3 working days |
| 8. ASB complainants to receive monthly feedback on current cases |
| 9. **NEW Overall satisfaction with the Enquiry Centre |
| 10. **NEW Complaints resolved at stage 1 |
