Performance Indicators

Performance Indicators play an important role in achieving our mission “"To provide the people of Derby with the best housing service in the country."  They are a way of measuring some of our successes. 

Within Derby Homes we have Best Value Performance Indicators – BVPI.  These measure our performance in specific areas and provide valuable information on the key services we provide.  We also have Local Indicators.  These measure areas we feel are important to our organisation and allow us to continuously improve.

The government sets our Best Value Performance Indicators.  Derby Homes is responsible for setting our Local Indicators.
