Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008

We want to know we you think

Every 2 years we carry out a survey of our tenants to find out what you think of the services we offer. We then have to report back to central Government on certain areas of our service.

In August 2008 we will be sending out the next survey to a sample of Derby Homes tenants. Not everyone will receive a survey, but if you do receive one, please fill it in and return it using the free post envelope provided.  There’s even a competition and we’ll enter all the completed surveys into the draw.

The graph below shows how satisfied tenants said they were overall with Derby Homes as a landlord. In 2003 75% of tenants said they were satisfied and 11% said they were dissatisfied. In 2006 satisfaction rose, with 82% of tenants saying they were satisfied. With your help we hope to improve on our performance and make 2008 even more successful.

The research will begin on 14 August 2008.
