DELIVERY AND BUSINESS PLAN 2006-2011

Derby Homes’ Delivery and Business plans sets out all strategic and operational targets, and how they will be achieved. It takes account of our stakeholders’ interests and concerns. By setting priorities and making choices, it gives a clear direction to all those involved in Derby Homes. We will use it as a live document to stretch our organisation to deliver excellent services.

The Plan is updated annually by Derby Homes and formally approved by Derby Homes Board and the Council Cabinet.

The Plan explains the services provided by Derby Homes to the Council in return for the annual management fee, and the framework within which those services are delivered. It sets performance targets including Best Value Performance Indicators and local indicators. The Board is responsible for approving the Plan on behalf on the Company and for ensuring that the services are delivered and targets are met.

We believe strongly in our core values and hold them close to our business operation. We expect our board and employees to follow our core values, as these serve as guidelines for our conduct and behaviour as we work towards our vision.
