Derwent Community Team – DCT

This is a New Deal in the Communities scheme based in the North of the city and around half of the area it covers is council housing.  Our Chair, Dennis Rees is on the DCT board and a member of Derby Homes staff is seconded to the team.  The aim of the DCT is to improve the quality of life of residents in the area. Our staff and tenants play an active part in this work.
