You can log non-urgent repairs using this service. This service will be monitored only between 8 am and 7.30 pm. Any repairs received after 7.30 pm will be checked the following day.
Some repairs are very complicated and it may be easier to contact our Enquiry Centre on 01332 711000 from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday to discuss your repair.
Emergency repairs cannot be logged using this service.
If you have an emergency please ring our Enquiry Centre on 01332 711000 between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday or outside of these hours ring 01332 256060.
When you report a repair using this system you will need your rent reference number, from your plastic rent card, your telephone number and a PIN number that we will supply for you.
To request a PIN please e-mail us at enquirycentre@derbyhomes.org
with:
• the names of all tenants in the property
• dates of birth of the lead tenants
• your address
• your telephone number
We will use this information to check against your tenancy details and ensure that we are not giving out information about you to anyone else.
Once you have your PIN you can log non-urgent repairs. You will need to tell us:
• details of the repair required
• times when you will be available
• times when you are not available
• your contact details
The Enquiry Centre will check your repair request within 24 hours and we will contact you by e-mail to confirm receipt. We will advise you if we can deal with your request or if we need more information.
When we have got all the information we need to log your repair we will send you a repair receipt confirming when the repair is to be completed.
