Management of asbestos

Tersus UK  are our new Asbestos Sampling and Management Contractor.

We manage materials containing asbestos in our properties.  We have a programme in place to survey all of our properties for asbestos so that we can manage or remove as appropriate.

Tersus UK will be carrying out this work on our behalf.

Derby Homes will provide advice and guidance to all tenants about asbestos.  Telephone 01332 711000 for more information.

General Safety

We take all necessary precautions to protect the safety of our tenants and the public when we carry out work.

Staff

We have a Health and Safety policy for all our staff and have been awarded the prestigious RoSPA Gold Award demonstrating our commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.
