Repairs and Maintenance

We want all our tenants to live in safe, secure accommodation. In 2006, we achieved the Decent Homes Standard, which we called the Derby Homes Pride Programme, and we have a dedicated team responsible for maintaining properties to that standard.

Derby Homes manage around 13,800 homes on behalf of Derby City Council. We have a clear, strategic goal for these homes:

We will look after your property by maintaining the safety of your home, making repairs to your property, and looking after the areas around your home.
