Maintenance and Repairs

Repairs

Derby Homes offers a full repair service for its tenants.   To report a repair #to your home, please contact our Derby Homes Enquiry Centre on 01332 711000 from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

In an emergency, outside these hours please telephone 01332 255208.

Maintenance

The Maintenance team works throughout the city and is currently working towards achieving the Decent Homes Standard for all our properties.  We call this our Derby Homes Pride Programme#.  We aim to achieve this by April 2006 and are on target to do this.  This team is also responsible for the regular programme of maintenance to tenants homes.
