Please write your name, address and rent reference number on the back of the cheque.

To check your rent balance, make sure that you read your rent statements – these are sent to you four times a year.

If you need a plastic rent payment card visit your local housing office or call the rent payments hotline.

It is a condition of your tenancy that you pay your rent on time. If your rent is more than two weeks overdue, we will automatically send you a letter to let you know.
