Maisonettes - attractive 2 and 3 bedroom maisonettes are available in some parts of the city.  Rents are very reasonable, from £52 a week for an unfurnished home.

Flats - a variety of self-contained flats and apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are available throughout the city. Our flats are ideal for young single people or couples who are looking to rent for the first time. Most of our flats are in low-rise buildings, which means they are better integrated with the surrounding neighbourhood. A fully furnished flat can cost as little as £79 per week.

Our only high-rise apartment building is Rivermead House.  It's close to the city centre and offers accommodation to people of all ages.  With views of the river these apartments have the added benefit of a concierge service which helps keep the building exclusive for tenants.
