Terms and Conditions to the Prize Draw promotion rules: No purchase necessary.  To enter you must request an insurance quote through Derby Homes from 01/07/2008 (the Start Date) to 29/08/2008 or submit a separate application (see full terms and conditions).  Winner announcement will be made 05/09/2008 and the winners will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this date.  Offer is open to all tenants of Derby Homes who are 18 or over at the Start Date except those who at any time between the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of Derby Homes and any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of its competition, or any member of their households.  Limit of one entry per Derby Homes tenant.  Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit, proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.  The three winning entries will be selected by at least one independent supervisor and its decision will be final.  The prize is either £150, £75 or £25 of high street shopping vouchers, or equivalent prize or cash alternative.  For full terms and conditions please contact Rental Control, Derby Homes, South Point, Cardinal Square, 10 Nottingham Road, Derby, DE1 3QT.  The insurance cover provided by this scheme is underwritten by Norwich Union FP ref: 4206-MngdProg-1007.
