Estates Pride is a £15 million (this figure is provisional and subject to change, dependent upon fluctuations within the Housing Revenue Account) 5 year programme, running from 2006 until 2011, of estate based improvements and community initiatives.

Our aim is to improve the quality of life for residents in Council housing areas.

Derby Homes is pleased to announce that Year 1 spending for Estates Pride is underway. After discussions at Community Panel meetings, Stakeholder Events and our recent Housing Investment Conference, a number of projects have been developed.
