Golden Goodbye Reward

Every year Derby Homes spends a large amount of money repairing vacant properties to a standard that can be relet to the next tenant.

To try and change this, we are offering members of Derby Homes Rewards a £100 reward if their property is in a good, clean condition when they move out.

To claim the £100 reward:

• You must be a Derby Homes Rewards member at the end of your tenancy
• You must meet the conditions of the termination of tenancy fact shet handed to you at the pre-vacancy inspection.
• You must have a clear rent account at the end of your tenancy

Unfortunately you cannot redeem the voucher if you are doing a mutal exchange or if you are in arrears at the end of your tenancy.

When handing your notice in at the Local Housing Office, please ask for an appointment for an officer to visit and check the condition of your home so that you can then claim the £100.
