Derby Homes Rewards was introduced to reward tenants and leaseholders. As a member of the scheme you will get a better service than non-members.

Derby Homes spends most of its time and resources dealing with tenants and leaseholders who have either not paid their rent/service charge or broken their tenancy conditions in some way.

We want Derby Homes Rewards to change that. The idea behind the scheme is to reward those tenants and leaseholders who pay their rent/service charge on time and keep to their tenancy conditions.
