We have 2 vacancies on our Board for Independent Board members.

We are particularly interested to hear from people who have skills and experience in:

• Finance
• Business Development
• Senior Management
• Housing Management
• Housing Maintenance
• Area Regeneration
• Community Regeneration

Although Board membership is unpaid, travelling costs and reasonable out of pocket expenses will be met. Board Members who are in paid employment or self employed, can also be compensated for any loss of earnings they lose as a result of attending official Derby Homes meetings and events held during their usual working hours.  The current rate for loss of earnings is of £45 an hour up to an annual limit of £20,000.

A recruitment panel of current Board members will select the appropriate candidate.
