How to contact us Enquiry Centre Please contact the Derby Homes Enquiry Centre with your general enquiries.  If you are a Derby City Council/Derby Homes tenant or leaseholder you can also contact our Enquiry Centre to report your repair. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm The Enquiry Centre is also open on Saturday mornings. You can contact us between 9am and 12pm for general queries and to report repairs.
