Mediation

In some cases it may well be a situation that can be solved by mediation. In that event we will refer the complaint to ‘Mediation Mansfield’ if all parties agree. The mediation service is an independent and confidential service to assist all parties to resolve their differences.

Not all complaints can be resolved by mediation because one of the parties refuses to go to mediation, or the problem is too serious. In this situation we will enlist the help of other agencies such as the Police, Social Services, Environmental Health or any agency we feel is appropriate on your behalf. We have agreements with most agencies to obtain information to assist us in dealing with your complaints.
