We have recently made a number of changes to improve the way we offer services to you…

Our New Sinfin Housing Office has moved into Sinfin Library – this co-location arrangement has been working well since January and response so far from customers has also been excellent.   Our working relationship with the library has been enhanced by the move. The official launch took place in February. 

You can now pay your rent at any of the 54 Paypoint outlets across the city, many of these are open 24hrs.

Our Enquiry Centre is open Monday - Friday 8am-8pm and our experienced staff will assist with your repair and rent enquiries.

We have also recently refurbished Sussex Circus Housing Office as part of the plan to modernise reception areas in our housing offices.  
A number of our other offices will soon be undergoing a similar improvements to this.

Many office opening times have changed and we are also holding a number of Estate Surgeries throughout the city.
