Homespride+
We are introducing a new scheme to reward tenants - called Homespride+
You can join the scheme if you:
• have a clear rent account or
• keep to an agreement to pay rent arrears for six weeks or more
• do not cause nuisance to your neighbour or people living in your area
• keep to your tenancy conditions.
As a member of the Homespride+ scheme you will get a better service. You can pay us to carry out small repairs in your home such as:
• decorating
• re-glazing
• changing locks
• replacing or repairing catches/locks on internal doors and cupboards
• easing doors after new carpets have been fitted
• replacing curtain rails, battens, coat rails and hooks
• replacing/wiring electrical plugs
You will also be able to:
• enter competitions, such as the Best Garden Competition
• request Saturday morning appointments for repairs
• use a Handyperson for one hour every year
• claim a £100 reward for keeping your property in good condition.
We will send you a members' magazine to keep you informed and offer new benefits as we expand the scheme.
How to become a member
If you meet the conditions then you can become a member of Homespride+ and start to benefit from this improved service. All new tenants will automatically become a member.
Remember - to stay a member of the scheme you must to keep to the conditions.
