Estates Pride Stakeholder Event

Derby Homes will be holding two stakeholder events in July – we want to find out what improvements you want to see happening where you live. 

We are hoping to have approximately £15 million available to fund an estate sustainability programme - ‘Estates Pride’ – from April 2006 to 2011.  This is to be spent on large scale estate based improvement work with focus on:
• environmental improvements
• community safety - security, reducing graffiti, redesigning areas
• strengthening communities - working with groups in the local area.

Dates
South - Tuesday 5 July 2005  
North - Tuesday 12 July 2005

Time   
9.30am to 3pm.
Venue  
Riverside Centre,
Pride Park, Derby.

Refreshments
Free buffet lunch provided.

The events will include workshops where stakeholders will be asked for their ideas on improvements and Shaun Bennett, Director of Investment & Regeneration will explain the background to 'Estates Pride' and the aims of the event.
