On-line facility for repair logging launched

Tenants can now log non-urgent repairs using the Derby Homes website.

Non-Urgent Repairs

Here’s how:

  1. Request a PIN by emailing us at enquirycentre@derbyhomes.org#
  2. You will receive a unique PIN number.
  3. You can now log a variety of repairs via an easy to use set of screens which will guide you - using a mixture of text and pictures – to create your repair.
  4. The repair enters the Omfax online repair system and is then checked by our Enquiry Centre staff.
  5. The repair is then submitted, timetabled and notification is sent back to you that your job has been accepted.
