Our Achievements
2,300 kitchens and bathrooms refurbished
2.600 gas central heating systems fitted

Over 25 trainees and apprentices recruited
March – The Homes Pride Partnering agreement is signed at our launch event. Work officially starts on the Homes Pride Programme on 31 March 2003.
July – The 1,000th central heating system is fitted since the heating programme began in January.
August – Our Homes Pride advertising campaign begins
September – We recruit our first four Homes Pride Trainee Surveys.
November – Our 4th Annual Housing Investment Conference is held to look at progress and to discuss future plans.
December – Launch of the 'here to HELP' scheme – Derby Homes is working in partnership with British Gas to deliver a range of energy efficiency measures for our tenants.
January – Homes Pride Tenant Information Packs launched. Our Homes Pride Show Home opens.
- February – Free light bulbs are made available to all Derby Homes' tenants and leaseholders.
- Vinshire Plumbing and Heating celebrate fitting their 2,000th central heating system.
- Bramall Construction celebrate fitting their 1,000th kitchen and/or bathroom.
- Lovell Partnerships Ltd celebrate fitting their 500th kitchen and/or bathroom.
- Derby City Council Commercial Services celebrate re-roofing their 800th home.
March – Our Homes Pride video is launched.
