Congratulations to Mrs Valentine of Chaddesden who has been drawn as the winner of It Pays to Pay 2006. Mrs Valentine has won the first prize of £1,000.
Dennis Rees, Chair of Derby Homes Board, drew Mrs Valentines winning entry from 465 correct entries sent in to us.
Congratulations also go to Mr Hayward from Alvaston and Mrs Hawkesworth from Chaddesden who were drawn as the runners up, each winning £500.
Mrs Valentine, Mr Hayward and Mrs Hawkesworth were all eligible to enter the exclusive competition, which is only available to members of Derby Homes Rewards.
Only tenants and leaseholders who pay on time and do not cause nuisance to their neighbours are members of Derby Homes Rewards.
