HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE LEASEHOLDER RESPONSIVE REPAIRS SCHEME?

The scheme has been running since April 2006.
This scheme is optional and is open to all Leaseholders.
There are two options available

Emergency Repairs - A joining fee of £30.00 is payable for entry into the scheme and we will ask you to sign an agreement. This allows you access to our Emergency Repairs Service (please refer to your Derby Homes Repairs Handbook for further details) The scheme does not include gas repairs. You will be invoiced quarterly for any emergency repairs that have carried out during that period.
Pay As You Go - All Leaseholders are automatically eligible for this scheme. This allows you access to our Non-Urgent Repairs Service (please refer to your Derby Homes Repairs Handbook for further details) All repairs must be paid for up front before the work can be carried out.
