It has been quite a while since Derby Homes reviewed its Pets Policy for people living in flats and supported living accommodation.

We feel it is now time to review and develop a policy that will provide our tenants and leaseholders with clear guidelines on keeping pets.  This will promote responsible pet ownership and ensure that pets do not cause a nuisance for neighbours.
