Graffiti and vandalism given top priority by local youngsters
Young people living in Derby have voted tackling graffiti and vandalism as the priority for improving their area and estates in a youth text survey run by Derby Homes.
The survey was organised to find out what local young people think of the area they live and what they would like to see improved – this will help to influence future spending and the allocation of resources on estates.
Just under 500 votes were cast by young people and six lucky youngsters from around Derby have won iPod nanos as a thank you for taking part in the survey.
