Derby Homes is consulting with its customers about the introduction of a Good Neighbour Agreement, which would initially be for tenants and leaseholders who live in flats.

The aim is to promote positive behaviour amongst residents and encourage them to live peacefully together in their homes and neighbourhoods.

What is the Good Neighbour Agreement all about?
Once agreed, the Good Neighbour Agreement will set out the standards we expect in our neighbourhoods and will cover:

  Being be a good neighbour
  Taking pride in your home
  Communal areas
  Respecting other people’s property
  Looking out for your neighbours
  Taking care of the environment
  Being part of the community  

We believe the Good Neighbour Agreement will strengthen your role as a resident and improve your community.
