Charter Mark is the Government’s national standard for organisation’s delivering excellent public services.
Derby Homes have held the prestigious Charter Mark title since 2002, and also in 1993 and 1999 as Derby City Council’s Housing Department.
Charter Mark is a vital tool in Derby Homes’ efforts towards continuous improvement and confirms that we deliver excellent services to our customers. Charter Mark holders listen more to their customers, perform better than average, have more satisfied users and use resources wisely.
Derby Homes were last inspected in February 2007 and successfully retained the standard.

The web-site provides a wide range of high quality information with links to other key services and web sites and immediate translation of information through Babel Fish.
