Derby Homes is providing an 'excellent' service with 'excellent' prospects for improvement according to an independent report released today by the Audit Commission.

Derby Homes were inspected by the Audit Commission in February 2006. As part of this inspection we had to produce a Self-Assessment document. This document outlines various aspects of our business including our strengths and weaknesses in:
